Order Cancellations

Because your companion is custom-prepared for you, you may cancel your order for a full refund within 24 hours of placing it. Once the 24-hour window has passed, the preparation and casting process begins, and we can no longer cancel or refund the order before delivery.

Hygiene & Return Restrictions

Under UK health and hygiene laws, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for any product that has been unboxed, handled, or used. All sales are final once the tamper-evident seals on the packaging have been broken.

Manufacturing Defects or Transit Damage

Before dispatch, every single model undergoes a rigorous photographic quality check. However, if your companion arrives with a genuine manufacturing defect or severe transit damage, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [Your Support Email].

You must provide clear photos and videos of the issue, alongside the original packaging. If a defect is confirmed, we will work with you swiftly to provide replacement parts (such as a new head or limb), a professional repair kit, or an exchange, depending on the severity of the issue.
